Through further improvement of the review mechanism, we ensure the standardized operation of the Board of Directors and the efficient implementation of board resolutions, and effectively safeguard and protect the rights and interests of shareholders.
We integrate culture with all aspects of strategies and corporate governance and take culture management as an important measure in the management and control of corporate strategy risk, human resource risk, structure risk and institutional risk. We have created diversified cultural promotion to boost the morale of frontline employees, enhance their sense of belonging, pride and honor, and reinforce their patriotism and devotion to the Corporation.
We have refined our business approach of "Risk First" through the fierce market competition. We have integrated the logistics network and intelligent system to create a unique multi-mode transport characterized by "logistics leadership, intelligent empowerment, and high-level collaboration". We have also built multiple green, low-carbon, and efficient multimodal logistics lines, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption and pollutant emissions in the logistics process. And we keep strengthening the effective supply of new energy products to safeguard the national security of energy, industrial and supply chains while reducing carbon footprints.
We make comprehensive plans to build a green manufacturing system.
